Complimentary use of kitchen.

-Food must come precooked, come ready with everything you need to serve your guests, plates, cups, paper towels, etc.

-We do not provide cooking supplies or utensils.

-Catering prep area, large kitchen, 4 ovens, stove, microwave, commercial 2 door refrigerator, commercial sinks.

Security Deposit

Security deposit.......$400

-We require a security/cleaning deposit due 30 days before your event.

-The deposit will be returned within 30 days provided there is no damage or missing items.

-Monies owed for purchase of ice, etc. will be deducted from this deposit.

-All balances due 30 days prior to your wedding or forfeit wedding date.

-We accept cash, check or credit card. Convenience fee of 3% for credit card.


-Alcohol is allowed, No underage drinking will be tolerated.

-You are responsible for cleaning any accidents caused by alcohol.

-Please check all areas before leaving,

-If we clean up bodily fluids you will lose the security deposit.


-Is allowed outdoors only, due to fire hazards please use provided containers to extinguish all cigarettes.

-No one is allowed in the kitchen due to insurance regulations unless you are catering your own event.

Due to weddings being booked several months in advance and we’ve made your guaranteed date unavailable for anyone else, all payments are non-refundable

No Animals

No animals are allowed unless they are a disabilities service animal meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements set by the U.S. Department of Justice.

No Emotional Support Animals

No Emotional Support Animals allowed certified or not, as they do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. You agree that you will be financially responsible for any and all damages caused by animals brought onto venue property by you or your guests
