- 3 hour minimum @ $100 per hour (Time includes: set up, event, clean up).
- Use of the reception hall.
- Use of catering prep area, large kitchen, 4 ovens, stove, microwave,
double door commercial refrigerator, commercial sinks, island, lots
of counter space available.
- Food must come precooked, come ready with everything you need to
serve your guests. We do not provide cooking supplies, utensils or
paper products (paper towels, paper plates etc.)
- Security deposit of $400 required. Deposit will be returned within 30
days after event provided there is no damage, missing items, building is
clean and outside area is clean.
- Set up and arrange tables & chairs.
- Must bring tablecloths for all tables.
- Clean up, clear tables, wipe chairs down if needed, sweep all floors, mop
up any spills, place 8 chairs per table.
- Empty all trash cans and place outside kitchen door in trash wagon.
Venue supplies trash bags.
- Clean kitchen, wash counter tops, stove, sinks, etc. Sweep & mop floor.
- Outside areas are clean.
